This Two-day, 16-hour course is designed to provide officers with the knowledge, specialized tactical skills, and associated presentations and materials they will need to develop, implement, and teach High Risk Patrol Traffic Stops to their officers.

This course prepares students to serve as instructors in Active Threat Response--the swift and immediate deployment of law enforcement resources to an ongoing, life-threatening “Active Threat” type of situation. These situations require immediate action and the rapid deployment of patrol officers. Students should be current and/or prospective department Patrol Tactics Instructors, FTO’s, Range Officers and other officers who are familiar with and proficient in basic Patrol Tactics, as well as Active Shooter Response techniques and tactics.

This course equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for effective integration of tools into High-Risk Tactical Urban Operations. Attendees will be trained to utilize the full spectrum of K9 capabilities during search operations and to communicate efficiently with supplementary assets such as air platforms, SUAS resources, perimeter officers, other agencies, and additional K9 units.

This course is designed to integrate all available assets (K9, SUAS, Air Assets, etc.) into tactical, rural searching operations. The goal of this course is to educate tactical team members, K9 handlers, SUAS operators and all other personnel with capabilities that may be tasked with supporting these types of operations how they can effectively work together to enhance operator safety and increase the likelihood of a successful outcome.

Students will undergo comprehensive and in-depth instruction on the preparation and application of basic and advanced trauma care. The training is designed to provide first responders with a thorough understanding and practical skills to treat and survive traumatic injuries, including, but not limited to, severe bleeding, airway management, shock treatment, and hypothermia prevention. This program will not only provide the knowledge, specialized skills, and associated materials but also instill the confidence to develop, implement, and teach Immediate Trauma Care End User Course to Police Officers and firefighters/EMS personnel at their respective departments.

This course is designed to train officers in the fundamentals and tactical skill sets required during building searches and room clearing operations. Officers attending the course should possess fundamental firearms handling and employment skills as well as be proficient at performing active threat response tactics and techniques in dynamic environments.

The Rifle FTX provides the law enforcement officer an opportunity to practice with their patrol rifles and carbines on courses of fire that are practical, realistic, and mirror conditions officers are likely to encounter on the street. Only rifles of .223/5.56m/m caliber or any handgun caliber carbine will be permitted on the range.

This course has been designed to train law enforcement firearms instructors, department armorers, and individual officers how to select and properly mount duty handgun pistol optics – known as RDS or Red Dot Sights. Students will learn about the required tools and specifications to mount and maintain the duty handgun RDS-optic properly, practice live fire sight in procedures for the RDS/duty handgun optic and engage in courses of fire that illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the duty handgun RDS-pistol optic.

This class will instruct individual officers in the nomenclature, function, stoppage diagnosis, and long-term maintenance of their own Glock firearms. Officers will learn to detail strip and inspect their weapons for proper cleaning and wear inspection. They will learn about preventive maintenance and parts replacement schedules to keep their weapons duty-ready. Officers will learn to troubleshoot and resolve function issues should they arise.

This course is designed for Firearms / Tactical Instructors to provide all of the tactical skill sets, printed material, and training outlines required to teach and certify patrol officers to deploy and utilize a hand-held ballistic shield. This course focuses on the ballistic shield and related equipment, training and operational considerations when deploying the shield during law enforcement patrol functions. Topics covered include: stances, movement, reload/malfunction drills, live fire, basic CQB, perimeter operations, arrest team strategies, building searches, vehicle search, rescues, and other high-risk patrol operations.

The course is designed to enhance the basic skills sets of officers who are already trained and are proficient at Rapid Deployment skill sets, and will specifically cover movement to contact, manual breaching, room entries and CQB.

This course provides officers with the knowledge, specialized tactical skill sets and strategic understanding when it is necessary to respond alone to an active threat situation.
