2026 ITOA Conference Attendee Information

It is with great pleasure that we officially announce that the 2026 Illinois Tactical Officers Association Annual Training Conference will again be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center – in Rosemont, Illinois on November 22-24, 2026. We are excited to offer a great lineup of the nation’s premier Tactical Trainers, Subject Matter Experts and Critical Incident Operational Debriefs.

Our 2.5-day Conference includes our featured speakers, a 2-day vendor show and appreciation event, door prizes, raffles and more! Here's a preview of the outstanding speaker lineup we have planned:

$350 for current ITOA members (dues paid on/after today's date in 2025)

$390 for non-members (activates your one-year membership)
